Anshingtek values staff leaves, in order to encourage employees to have a full rest and a quality vacation, company offers the best leave program in the industry. Annual Leave – 21days per year Sick Leave – 15 days every calendar year, Sabbatical Leave – 20 working days    

(Sabbatical is entitled every 4 years-service after the start date) Floating leave – 7days

Childbirth Leave 18 weeks and Parental Bonding Leave 8 weeks
